A young, yet talented model

A week or two ago, I was sitting behind a wire fence watching Brother's last baseball game of the season. I had my camera with and was snapping a few shots of him and his 'major league baseball' poses when I the greatest idea hit me. I was sure Brother wouldn't mind me taking a break from him and focusing the lens on over to a close family friend (whom I will call 'E').

So I grabbed her, threw her up against a tree, and started shouting 'work it! work it!' while she struck some poses. (Actually... I'm kinda over-exaggerating.) Any way, I began to experiment with poses. Maybe if you lean against that tree and put your arm up. Yes! Now, look that way and smile. Perfect! Or Come over here and start swinging, kinda do your own thing. Great!

It went like that for a while and every minute I began to learn more and more about people shots (which is my new obsession). A lot actually turned out.

This not-so-little family friend makes a great model. Thanks E, and I'll gladly take more shots of you any day!
